Amenities
Our RV park is located in Jones Creek, Texas. We have five covered ports on three acres with big Live Oak trees. The covers are 40' by 30' with enough space to cover your RV, vehicles, and personal items that you don't want in the weather. The space allows you some privacy with room to relax and have the feel of your own backyard. We have areas designated for fires. Our location is ten minutes from Bryan Beach, Dow Chemical, BASF, and Brazos Mall. We are twenty minutes from Surfside Beach. This country setting allows a big backyard feel with large, grassy areas between you and your neighbor. We are not far from all the area businesses and beaches. Our area attracts fishermen, birdwatchers, and beachgoers, and a home away from home for people working at the booming petrochemical plants.

Our Rates
Our rates include bills paid (water, Wi-Fi, sewer, and trash). Electric not included.
MONTHLY - 530.00 with a $200.00 deposit paid in full
WEEKLY - $150.00 with a $200.00 deposit paid in full
DAILY - $40.00 paid in full
